Because of it, PCCI also looks at improving the facility’s energy efficiency while solving our clients structural issues. By improving energy use efficiency, our clients not only directly lower their cost of energy services, but also create financial savings, thus convert our client’s capital expenditure into a capital investment.

All of the costs for the Retrofitting (capital investment, interest, PCCI’s fees, etc.) are paid back from realized energy saving during the contract period, and resulting in reduction in your utility costs.

From an environmental point of view, PCCI will assist our clients to slow the growth of greenhouse gas emissions without sacrificing economic gains or living standards. Buildings generate 21% of the total greenhouse gas emissions worldwide.
