Since 1998, members of Protective Coatings and Construction Inc. (PCCI) have been applying coatings to single family, multi-family and commercial structures. These coatings range from traditional latex paints to state of the art insulating, encapsulating, water-proof and fire retardant coatings.  As an authorized Dealer/Applicator for multiple manufacturers,  PCCI can meet the needs of both the customer and the structure.

In 2000, PCCI began light residential construction and today engages in single family, multi-family, and commercial construction projects from the slab up.

Single Family construction projects range from patio covers, decks, garage conversions to building new homes.

Multifamily construction consists of renovating, retrofitting and new build outs.

Commercial construction primarily includes the envelope (roofing, flat walls and windows), interior finish-outs, lighting and HVAC.

Registered in the state of Texas as a certified construction company and having over 2,000 completed residential and commercial projects, PCCI is a company you can trust with any of your coating or construction needs.

In 2006, on the heels of the 2005 ENERGY POLICY ACT, PCCI established a new division of the company Blue Energy Alliance.  It was established  to conduct energy efficiency audits in order to determine, for our perspective clients, the best possible solutions to reduce their energy consumption while meeting their structural needs.

PCCI offers over 120 years of combined experience in the coatings and construction fields.  With the experience of the onsite staff, manufactures and distributors, PCCI is equipped to handle any size construction or coatings project.

We have coated over 4 million square feet in both residential and commercial settings from flat walls to roofs!

PCCI specializes in high performance coatings which insulate (RE-19), encapsulate and water proof. Unlike other coating companies who have limited products and recklessly apply them to any and all surfaces, PCCI has multiple coatings which can be used independently or in conjunction with one another forming various systems.

Applying products like Supertherm®, which is one of the highest rated insulating coatings manufactured in the world today, PCCI can add an additional R-19 value of insulation to the exterior of your envelope (house, building etc.). Your home or business will look as if it were freshly painted, yet have performance features such as insulating, repelling water, remaining breathable, flexible and fire retardant (class A).
