Therm® ceramic
coating can insulate and protect your envelope as well as reduce the amount
of sound penetration. All
this while looking like you just painted. Super
Therm® has the look
of paint, yet will protect and insulate.
Super Therm® insulates to an RE-19, ultimately protecting your substrate
against all three windows of heat: infra-red, visual light and ultra-violet. Heat
causes wood and other materials, to expand and contract. This
expansion and contraction causes warping and cracks. You will not only
save money by reducing energy used, but also by not having to spend your money
on costly siding repairs and replacements as well. |

Moisture Barrier
No more rotted wood! Super
Therm® will prevent moisture penetration from wind driven rains on a vertical
surface.Furthermore, Super Therm® has the ability to resist water
penetration under “ponding” conditions for several days. All
this while having enough moisture-vapor permability to prevent water from being
encapsulated within the wall.

A normal project outline is as follows:

- Repair/Replace warped or rotted wood
- Scrape and feather sand
- Clean/Power wash
- Caulk and seal cracks and seams
- Mask and seal
- Preparations inspection
- Prime exposed wood
- Apply coating
- Coatings inspection
- Clean all job related debris
- Final walk through with customer
